And in Scotland...? We continue to build schools that teachers complain have classrooms too small in which to move, with seats which don't slide under tables and ventilation which would make a camel wilt in the spring and summer months.

Gosh, that sounded like a moan ;-) But the best examples of school architecture seem to be one-offs. If there is to be more rigour in schools design where does that quality stamp lie? Schools? Architects? Governments?
